多片鋸的特點(diǎn)

整體穩(wěn)定性好，高效率（高于5臺帶鋸），板材成品率高、質(zhì)量好、一致性好、切邊光滑平整、無焦印、機(jī)床精度高、噪音低、操作方便可靠。

1.主要用于小徑材圓木的縱向鋸切，根據(jù)預(yù)設(shè)尺寸一次進(jìn)給就能鋸出多片板料，廣泛用于細(xì)木工板，指接板廠的前道小徑材圓木鋸剖工序加工。

2.相對于帶鋸加工效率高（一臺頂五臺），精度高、操作簡單方便，對操作工人技術(shù)要求不高，彌補(bǔ)了帶鋸加工精度低、效率低、操作技術(shù)要求高的缺點(diǎn)。

3.鋸片內(nèi)水冷卻裝置，不容易燒鋸片，延長了鋸片的使用壽命。

4.上下咬合送料、出料，確保原木不打滑、夾鋸片，提高 了送料的順暢性。
