對于可控式充液閥??刂朴屯ㄈ肟刂聘椎纳锨?,控制活塞就可使閥芯開啟??刂聘咨锨唤佑拖鋾r,控制活塞在彈簧的作用下復位??刂聘紫虑慌c充液油箱是想通的。這兩種結構的充液閥都直接安裝在液壓缸的端部,安裝方便,節(jié)省了與工作液壓缸連接的管道。浸入式結構,即上部全浸在充液油箱中,結構很緊湊,流阻損失很小。但充液油箱必須安裝在液壓缸的底部,還要解決充液油箱與液壓缸缸底之間的密封問題。檢修不太方便。管道連接式結構,即通過管道和法蘭與充液油箱相連,與浸入式相比,充液油箱的位置布置較靈活,檢修也較方便,但結構顯得龐大,流阻損失也稍大。
(2)常開式充液閥
常開式充液閥的優(yōu)點在于充液過程中不需要克服彈簧力,從而減少了吸油阻力。但結構較復雜,制造要求也較高。
常開式充液閥。閥芯在彈簧的作用下停在閥上部,充液閥處于開啟狀態(tài)。當轉入工作行程時,先在充液閥的控制口通入壓力油,閥芯下行,充液閥關閉。由于閥芯上部面積略大于其下部面積,故隨著液壓缸油壓的升高,充液閥越關越緊。當活塞回程時,液壓缸先行卸壓,且充液閥的控制口與油箱相通,充液閥可自動開啟,使液壓缸中的油液大量排回充液油箱。

2.3 充液閥的結構原理
圖2.1為單回路充液閥的結構,主要由控制充液壓力上下限的先導閥和充液主閥構成,圖中的P、O、A、T分別為油泵壓力油進油口、通往下游液壓系統(tǒng)的出口、通往蓄能器出口及回油口。
充液閥的充液過程為:當蓄能器的壓力低于充液閥設定的下限壓力時,作用在上限單向閥閥芯3上的液壓力低于先導閥4左端彈簧8的作用力,使下限單向閥6關閉,上限單向閥3打開,蓄能器內的壓力油經先導閥芯4、節(jié)流通道Ⅱ進入主閥右腔,推動主閥芯9克服左腔壓力向左移動,逐漸降低主閥開度,P與O口間的節(jié)流作用造成P口壓力增高。隨后P口與A口間的單向閥打開,經節(jié)流口向蓄能器供液。當蓄能器壓力達到上限時,作用在先導閥右端單向閥閥芯3的液壓力大于左端彈簧壓力,下限單向閥6打開,上限單向閥3關閉,主閥右腔經先導閥于T口相通泄壓,在左端壓力作用下克服右端彈簧壓力右移,P口與A口間的單向閥關閉,恢復全流量向下游系統(tǒng)供液,充液過程結束。

圖2.2為XC-17型蓄能器充液閥液壓原理圖。該閥的結構主要包括帶壓力設定的先導控 制閥l、壓力補償器2和單向閥3。蓄能器充液閥的作用是保證液壓系統(tǒng)中蓄能器的袖壓維持在所要求的范圍內。?
