一、 道路標(biāo)線反光玻璃微珠

反光型玻璃珠是道路標(biāo)線涂料必備材料，主要用于道路標(biāo)線，標(biāo)志牌，護(hù)欄輪廓標(biāo)識(shí)等。主要分為熱熔涂料預(yù)混合型和施工面撒型兩種。

Reflectivity glass beads as the necessarymaterial for the road marked line, mainly used for road marked line, denoter, andidentification for the guardrail out line. It divide into intermix glass beads,and drop on glass beads.

我公司產(chǎn)品除達(dá)到中國JT/T446-2001外，還可以生產(chǎn)符合英國BS6088-A標(biāo)準(zhǔn)，美國AASHONO.Ⅰ標(biāo)準(zhǔn)和美國AASHONO.Ⅱ標(biāo)準(zhǔn)，歐洲D(zhuǎn)ropONTypeEN1423標(biāo)準(zhǔn)和Pre-MIXTypeEN1424標(biāo)準(zhǔn)，澳洲AS2009B3.2標(biāo)準(zhǔn)，和韓國的ＫＳ標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。還可以根據(jù)用戶需求提供850um(20目)-43um(325目)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)范圍之間的不同粒徑、不同配比的不同產(chǎn)品。

l 預(yù)混型 （Intermixglass beads）

在道路涂料生產(chǎn)過程中，將玻璃珠按照18-25%的重量比例（參照中國交通行業(yè)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)JT/T280-2004，不同國家和地區(qū)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)有所不同）混入涂料中，在涂料交付施工使用后，能夠經(jīng)歷多次與車輪摩擦磨損也有反光性。按照中國國家標(biāo)準(zhǔn)GB/T24722-2009,此種玻璃珠的技術(shù)參數(shù)如下：

During the production of marking paint, mixglass bead into paint based on the ratio of 18-25 %( weight percentage). Afterapplication of such kind of paint on road work, the paint still can keepreflectivity after wear and friction of car wheels. The ratio is referring tothe standard of Communication Industry Standard of People’s Republic of ChinaNo.JT/T280-2004. Standards will be different in countries and areas.

According to thespecification of Communication Industry Standard of People’s Republic of ChinaNo.JT/T446-2001, the granulometry is shown as table below.

Content of magneticparticles:≤0.1%

Glass bead shouldbe colorless, loosen

and sphericalparticle, and should be free

of cluster whichcan’t be loosen by slight impact.

l 面撒型（Drop On Glass Bead）

在涂料的施工的過程中，降熱烙型涂料加熱到一定溫度鋪在路面上來干時(shí)，隨即撒入玻璃珠，增強(qiáng)標(biāo)線的反光性能。

按照中國交通行業(yè)標(biāo)注JT/T280-2004的規(guī)定，面撒玻璃珠的粒度分布如下，其他參數(shù)與內(nèi)混型玻璃珠保持一致。

During the application of paint on road work,thermoplastic paint should be to a certain level and used on the road surfaceas marking line, drop on glass bead should be dropped on the surface of linewhite it is still wet to increase the reflectivity of road marking line.

According to the specification of Standard of Ministryof Transport of the People’s Republic of China No.GB/T24772-2009,thegranulometry of drop on glass bead is shown as table below, other parameters arethe same with intermix glass bead.

二、 鍍膜玻璃微珠( Coated glass beads)

我們生產(chǎn)普通玻璃微珠的前題下，還擁有鍍膜技術(shù)，鍍膜玻璃微珠是近年發(fā)展起來的 璃微珠新品種，用于道路標(biāo)線面撒，顯示了優(yōu)良的特性，受到了廣大用戶的重視。我廠生產(chǎn)的鍍膜玻璃珠主要分為防潮型鍍膜玻璃微珠，粘結(jié)型鍍膜玻璃微珠和雙涂層鍍膜玻璃微珠。

Except the normal glass beads, we are also have thetechnique to produce the coated glass beads. Coated glass beads is a kind ofnew products, which was grow up in recent year. With it widely used for roadmarking drop on, it’s fine features was showed, so now more and more end userspay attention to the coated glass beads. Our coated glass beads was mainlyinclude moisture resistance coated glass beads, conglutination coated glassbeads, and both coated glass beads.

l 防潮型鍍膜玻璃微珠（ moisture resistance glass beads）

在玻璃微珠的生產(chǎn)過程中，將它的表面鍍上一種特殊涂層，增強(qiáng)玻璃微珠的憎水性能。在下雨或者有霧的情況下，水滴不易沾附在玻璃微珠的表面，從而減輕惡劣天氣對(duì)玻璃微珠反光效果的影響。同時(shí)這種玻璃微珠具有流動(dòng)性好，不結(jié)塊，播撒均勻，容易施工，保證反光效果，實(shí)用證明節(jié)省用量15％左右。

During theproducing, make the special coated on the surface of the beads, to increasedthe moisture resistance. Under the rain or fog condition, the water difficultattached on the surface of the beads, so it will reduce the affect of the heavyweather influence the glass beads reflectivity ability. At the same time, thiskinds of glass beads have perfect mobility, no blocking, uniform planting,construct easy, can guarantee reflectivity ability, save dosage about 15%.

l 粘結(jié)型鍍膜玻璃微珠(Conglutinationcoated glass beads)

利用一種高性能的有機(jī)材料對(duì)玻璃珠進(jìn)行外處理，玻璃珠經(jīng)過鍍膜處理后使用表面存在的強(qiáng)極性基變成非極性基，使得玻璃珠表面吸附空氣中的灰塵現(xiàn)象減弱。由于鍍膜珠含有特定的偶聯(lián)劑，改善了微珠和涂料的粘結(jié)力能防止部分細(xì)小玻璃珠沉積到涂料中。玻璃珠鍍膜處理后性能更加優(yōu)越。

Used a kind ofhigh performance organic materials to deal with the surface of the bead. Aftercoated, the polar group of the bead surface changed to nonpolar, reducethe dust adsorption of the bead. Because of the coated bead containthe specific coupling agent, it improved the cohesive force between the beadsand the paint, avoid some small beads deposit in to the paint. After coated theperformance of the beads will be more superior.

l 雙涂層鍍膜玻璃微珠(Bothcoated glass beads)

此型號(hào)玻璃微珠是在普通玻璃微珠的加工過程中，將它的表面上分別鍍上以上兩種不同的涂層，提高玻璃微珠的防潮性能和與涂料的連結(jié)性能，從而延長玻璃微珠的使用壽命及其反光效果。

This type ofbeads was coated with the above two kinds of coating, increased the moistureresistance and conglutination ability, to extend the service life and increasethe reflectivity ability of the beads.

三、 噴丸玻璃微珠( Shot blasting glass beads)

該系列玻璃珠以壓縮空氣為動(dòng)力，降玻璃珠高速、高壓噴射到工作表面，對(duì)其作拋光或者內(nèi)應(yīng)力消除處理

This type of glass bead will be shooted on the surfaceof objects under pressure of compressed gas with high pressure and high speed,the surface of objects will be burnished or the interior stress will be relief.
