mso-hansi-font-family:"Times New Roman"">砂當(dāng)量測(cè)定儀，本儀器交通部JTJ058 "Times New Roman"">－2000中（T0334 mso-hansi-font-family:"Times New Roman"">－1994 "Times New Roman"">）細(xì)集料砂當(dāng)量試驗(yàn)規(guī)程標(biāo)準(zhǔn)，適用于瀝青混合料及水泥混凝土，用天然砂、人工砂、石屑，其集料最大粒徑不超過4.75mm mso-hansi-font-family:"Times New Roman"">（圓孔篩5mm "Times New Roman"">），測(cè)定細(xì)集料中所含的粘性土或雜質(zhì)的含量，以評(píng)定集料的潔凈程度。

mso-hansi-font-family:"Times New Roman"">三、電動(dòng)砂當(dāng)量測(cè)定儀操作與使用：

mso-hansi-font-family:"Times New Roman"">為了不影響沉淀的過程，試驗(yàn)必須在無(wú)擾動(dòng)的水平臺(tái)上進(jìn)行。隨時(shí)檢查試驗(yàn)的沖洗管口，防止堵塞。試驗(yàn)過程中，沖洗液的溫度應(yīng)保持20 mso-hansi-font-family:"Times New Roman"">±2 "Times New Roman"">℃范圍內(nèi)。由于塑料在太陽(yáng)下容易變成不透明，應(yīng)盡量避免將塑料器皿直接暴露在太陽(yáng)下。盛試驗(yàn)溶液的塑料器皿用畢要清洗干凈。

1、用沖洗管將沖洗液吸入試筒直到100mm mso-hansi-font-family:"Times New Roman"">刻度（約80 "Times New Roman"">毫升）。

2、把相當(dāng)于120 mso-hansi-font-family:"Times New Roman"">±1g "Times New Roman"">干料重的濕樣用漏斗倒入豎立試筒中。

3、反復(fù)敲打試筒下部，以除去氣泡使試樣濕潤(rùn)，靜置10min mso-hansi-font-family:"Times New Roman"">。

4、試樣靜置10 mso-hansi-font-family:"Times New Roman"">±1min "Times New Roman"">結(jié)束后，用橡膠塞堵住試筒，將試筒水平固定在振蕩器上。（注意試筒底部方頭碰螺絲。）

5、開動(dòng)振蕩器，在30 mso-hansi-font-family:"Times New Roman"">±1S "Times New Roman"">的時(shí)間內(nèi)振蕩90 "Times New Roman"">次。用人工振蕩時(shí)，要用手將試筒橫向水平放置，僅需手腕振蕩，不必晃動(dòng)手臂，振幅為203 mso-hansi-font-family:"Times New Roman"">±25mm "Times New Roman"">，振蕩時(shí)間和次數(shù)與振蕩器相同。然后將試筒取下，豎直放回試驗(yàn)臺(tái)上，擰下橡膠塞。

6、將沖洗管插入試筒中，用沖洗液迅速?zèng)_洗附在試筒壁上的集料，然后將沖洗管插到試筒底部，慢慢轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)沖洗管，同時(shí)勻速緩慢提高沖洗管，使附著在集料表面的細(xì)粒雜質(zhì)浮上來，直至溶液達(dá)到380mm mso-hansi-font-family:"Times New Roman"">刻度線為止。

7、緩慢勻速向想拔出沖洗管，當(dāng)液面位于380mm mso-hansi-font-family:"Times New Roman"">刻度線時(shí)，切斷沖洗管的液流，使液面保持380mm mso-hansi-font-family:"Times New Roman"">刻度線，然后在沒有擾動(dòng)的情況下靜置20min mso-hansi-font-family:"Times New Roman"">±15S

mso-hansi-font-family:"Times New Roman"">四、電動(dòng)砂當(dāng)量測(cè)定儀實(shí)驗(yàn)步驟：

1、用沖洗管將洗液吸入試筒，直到最下邊的l00mm mso-hansi-font-family:"Times New Roman"">刻度處（約需80ML "Times New Roman"">沖洗液）。

2、把相當(dāng)120 mso-hansi-font-family:"Times New Roman"">±1g "Times New Roman"">干料重的濕樣用漏斗仔細(xì)地倒入豎立的試筒中。

3、用手掌反復(fù)敲打試筒的下部，以除去氣泡，并使試樣盡快潤(rùn)濕，然后放置10min mso-hansi-font-family:"Times New Roman"">。

4、在試筒上塞上塞子，將試筒水平放置，進(jìn)行振蕩（僅用腕振蕩，不必晃動(dòng)手臂）維持振幅230 mso-hansi-font-family:"Times New Roman"">±25mm "Times New Roman"">。振蕩90次，然后將筒豎直放在砂當(dāng)量試驗(yàn)儀, mso-hansi-font-family:"Times New Roman"">電動(dòng)砂當(dāng)量?jī)x試驗(yàn)臺(tái)上，擰下塞子。

5、將沖洗管插入試筒內(nèi)，用沖洗液沖洗附在試筒壁上的集料。然后逐漸將沖洗管插到試筒底部，慢慢轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)沖洗管，同時(shí)勻速緩慢提高沖選管，使附著在集料表面的土粒雜質(zhì)浮游上來，直到溶液達(dá)到380ml mso-hansi-font-family:"Times New Roman"">刻度線。

6、當(dāng)沖洗管抽出液面位于380ml mso-hansi-font-family:"Times New Roman"">刻度時(shí)，切斷沖洗管，然后開動(dòng)秒表，在沒有擾動(dòng)的情況下，靜置20min mso-hansi-font-family:"Times New Roman"">±15s "Times New Roman"">。

7、用尺量測(cè)從試筒底部到沉淀部分的高度h1 mso-hansi-font-family:"Times New Roman"">，如有可能同樣測(cè)得試筒底部到沉淀部分的高度，準(zhǔn)確到lmm mso-hansi-font-family:"Times New Roman"">。

8、將配重活塞徐徐插入試筒里。直至碰到沉淀物時(shí)，擰緊套筒螺絲，將尺子的零點(diǎn)對(duì)準(zhǔn)活塞的底面，從套筒上讀取沉淀物高度h2 mso-hansi-font-family:"Times New Roman"">，準(zhǔn)確至lmm "Times New Roman"">。并記錄試筒內(nèi)的濕度，準(zhǔn)確到1 "Times New Roman"">℃。

9、按上述步驟進(jìn)行兩個(gè)試樣的平行試驗(yàn)。

1、試驗(yàn)完畢后，須將活塞擦洗干凈。

2、避免圓形試筒磕碰。

3、定期向振蕩器滑動(dòng)桿上注潤(rùn)滑油。
