320（PU）聚氨酯澆注透明彈性體兩用機性能特點： 1、配有兩種不同攪拌器進行不同轉(zhuǎn)速的混合裝置，用以生產(chǎn)聚氨酯制品或聚氨酯透明體制品。 2、設(shè)定不同工位的澆注量后用不同轉(zhuǎn)速攪拌混合澆注，可連續(xù)生產(chǎn)。 3、制作透明體必須啟動真空機，對料罐內(nèi)原液進行除濕、脫泡處理，使作出制品透明度好。 4、澆注頭配有冷卻裝置，如配上制冷機，使設(shè)備保持一定恒濕，能延長澆注次數(shù)，同時能延長澆注頭使用壽命。 原料輸送管道采用導(dǎo)熱層循環(huán)保溫，料罐采用導(dǎo)熱油夾層循環(huán)保溫及硬泡夾層雙層保溫，使電耗省節(jié)能。 Performance characteristics: 1. This measure can extend equipment's pouring number and the pouring head's service life. The raw material conveying pipes adopt thermal layer to get a cyclic heat preservation. The material tanks adopt conduction oil and hard bubble interlayer to keep the temperature and it can save electricity.
