(2)由于換向結(jié)構(gòu)的特殊性,使得用戶在實(shí)現(xiàn)某一功能時(shí)必須購(gòu)買相應(yīng)的液壓元件,再加上工程機(jī)械廠家會(huì)根據(jù)不同最終用戶要求設(shè)計(jì)出相應(yīng)的功能,這樣會(huì)造成生產(chǎn)廠家采購(gòu)?fù)?、多?guī)格的液壓控制元件來(lái)滿足不同功能要求的需要,不利于產(chǎn)品通用化及產(chǎn)品管理,同時(shí)會(huì)大大提高產(chǎn)品成本。?
(3)由于執(zhí)行機(jī)構(gòu)進(jìn)出液壓油通過(guò)一根閥芯進(jìn)行控制,單獨(dú)控制執(zhí)行機(jī)構(gòu)兩側(cè)壓力是不可能的。因此,出油側(cè)背壓作用于執(zhí)行機(jī)構(gòu)運(yùn)動(dòng)的反方向,隨著出油側(cè)背壓升高,為保質(zhì)執(zhí)行機(jī)構(gòu)的運(yùn)動(dòng),必須提高進(jìn)油側(cè)壓力。這樣會(huì)使得液壓系統(tǒng)消耗的功能增加,效率低,發(fā)熱增加。?
采用雙閥芯技術(shù)的液壓系統(tǒng),由于執(zhí)行機(jī)構(gòu)進(jìn)出油側(cè)閥口閥芯位置及控制方式各自獨(dú)立,互不影響,這樣通過(guò)對(duì)兩閥芯控制方式的不同組合,利用軟件編程能很好解決傳統(tǒng)單閥系統(tǒng)不能解決的問(wèn)題,同時(shí)還可以輕易實(shí)現(xiàn)傳統(tǒng)液壓系統(tǒng)中難以實(shí)現(xiàn)的功能。?C016CA99101299N C016CA99101299N10
