單向閥有直通式和直角式兩種。直通式單向閥用螺紋連接安裝在管路上。直角式單向閥有螺紋連接、板式連接和法蘭連接三種形式。液控單向閥也稱閉鎖閥或保壓閥,它與單向閥相同,用以防止油液反向流動。但在液壓回路中需要油流反向流動時又可利用控制油壓,打開單向閥,使油流在兩個方向都可流動。液控單向閥采用錐形閥芯,因此密封性能好。在要求封閉油路時,可用此閥作為油路的單向鎖緊而起保壓作用。液控單向閥控制油的泄漏方式有內(nèi)泄式和外泄式二種。在油流反向出口無背壓的油路中可用內(nèi)泄式;否則需用外泄式,以降低控制油壓力。

(1)結(jié)構(gòu)原理
1)MK型單向節(jié)流閥 圖27是MK型單向節(jié)流閥的結(jié)構(gòu)原理圖。該閥是管式聯(lián)接的單向節(jié)流閥,其節(jié)流口采用軸向三角槽式結(jié)構(gòu)。旋轉(zhuǎn)調(diào)節(jié)螺母3,可改變節(jié)流口通流面積的大小,以調(diào)節(jié)流量。正向流動時起節(jié)流閥作用;反向流動時起單向閥作用,這時由于有部分油液可在環(huán)形縫隙中流動,可以清除節(jié)流口上的沉積物。在閥體2左端有刻度槽,調(diào)節(jié)螺母3上有刻度,用以標(biāo)志調(diào)節(jié)流量的大小。
2)F型精密節(jié)流閥 圖28是F型精密節(jié)流閥的結(jié)構(gòu)原理圖。該閥主要由閥體1,調(diào)節(jié)件2和節(jié)流套3組成。在節(jié)流口4處實現(xiàn)對從A到B的流動的節(jié)流。轉(zhuǎn)動節(jié)流桿5,可調(diào)節(jié)節(jié)流斷面。由于節(jié)流口制成薄壁孔,故節(jié)流不易受溫度的影響。
(2)應(yīng)用
節(jié)流閥和單向節(jié)流閥是簡易的流量控制閥,它們在定量泵液壓系統(tǒng)中的主要作用是與溢流閥配合,組成三種節(jié)流調(diào)速系統(tǒng):即進(jìn)油節(jié)流調(diào)速系統(tǒng)、回油節(jié)流調(diào)速系統(tǒng)和旁路節(jié)流調(diào)速系統(tǒng)。對于執(zhí)行元件要求往返節(jié)流調(diào)速的系統(tǒng)可使用兩個單向節(jié)流閥。節(jié)流閥也在容積節(jié)流調(diào)速回路中使用。這種閥沒有壓力及溫度補(bǔ)償裝置,不能自動補(bǔ)償載荷及油液粘度變化時造成的速度不穩(wěn)定,但其結(jié)構(gòu)簡單,制造和維護(hù)方便。所以在載荷變化不大或?qū)λ俣确€(wěn)定性要求不高的一般液壓系統(tǒng)中得到廣泛應(yīng)用。
